Donkey Hodie is a PBS KIDS preschool series from Fred Rogers Productions and Spiffy Pictures. The show is inspired by the quirky, funny side of Fred Rogers, and his mission to help young viewers navigate the frustrations and challenges of childhood.
Donkey Hodie: A Hee-hawesome Adventure! is now available for rental by local PBS stations. Rental period covers up to three weeks. Base rental fee is $1,800. Oasis will provide shipping estimates upon request.
The experience includes:
- Fun for families of all ages, ideal for kids 3-6 years old!
- Six interactive activities inspired by the one-of-a-kind, loveable Donkey Hodie characters.
- Turnkey set-up with instructions that are low-tech and do not require technicians.
- Activity signage in English and Spanish with easy-to-follow instructions for guests.
- Promotional signage and templates.
- Rental also includes 100 printable takeaway games, with the option to purchase more or print your own additional copies.
Venue Requirements
- We welcome indoor and outdoor event spaces, ideally with plenty of space to play
- Pop-up components will be delivered via a freight carrier truck, so the venue must have adequate street parking or parking lot space for the vehicle. The venue must also have either an extra wide door or double doors into the building/site to accept the delivery of the items.
- The "Donkey Hodie: A Hee-hawesome Adventure!" set-up is modular and can span one half of a basketball court (2,350 sq ft) or be strategically placed inside a smaller room. * More information will be provided on possible storage needs of the shipping crates during the rental period.
- Volunteers to set up and take down the pop-up experience
- Provide basic art materials and folding tables and chairs for the Make Your Own Puppet activity
- Friendly and engaged staff to oversee the experience when being enjoyed by guests
